ReadAloud at Al-Maaidah Enrichment Centre, Hulu Kelang
2/10/2005
To extend our appreciation to Al-Maaidah Enrichment Centre that had provided AUs a place to attend
"Siri Motivasi Bina Insan: Solat Membina Peribadi Agung", we had spend an afternoon with Lihanna & Tihanni during their
Centre's open day. Leen and Rohan took charge of the ReadAloud. Other fun activities were "Fun Treasure Hunt in the Sun" conducted
by Siti and "Little Chef Corner" with Liza.. Oooo Yummy Frost and Yummy Crisp!
Breakfast at Lake Garden
We had a splendid morning at Lake Garden on 21 August 2005. Ayu had sponsor the breakfast that day
with some other munchy food brought by other ummies.
Kids and moms had a wonderful time together playing a traditional game called "tuju kasut". Have
a view at our blogspot for more pictures on the day.

ReadAloud at Batu Caves
Hosted by Ummi Liza, the kids were entertained by Ummi Shiela with the story of "Alia and the story
of Roses". Brought home a nice handcraft flower each, the children end the day with having a splash in the swimming pool
at Pangsapuri Beringin, Batu Caves.
For other ummies, we had a "Scarf Styling Session" with Ummi Shiela.
AU's OnE dAy Out
On 29/5/2005, to mark our 1st Anniversary, some of AU's and family members went out for a picnic
at Sg. Congkak, Hulu Langat, Selangor.
ReadAloud in Taman Halaman, Ampang on 2/10/2004
The session was divided to two groups. Children below 7 years old had a story of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" read
by Ummi Siti. The theme for the other group was "Butterfly" and the books read to them are "How to Hide a Butterfly
and other insect","Butterfly Life Cycle" and a reference book on "Insect" from Disney's Children
Encyclopedia, Published by Groulier. Anyone interested about Groulier product can contact Pn. Salmi, one of the Ampang Ummies
team.(Please email us to get her contact number).
The songs of the day were "I LOVE YOU" song, re-composed bu Ummi Rohan and "Rama-rama".
Art & Craft chosen were "Butterfly Life Cycle Mobile" using recylced & used item.
ReadAloud session during Hari Kantin SRA AnNur, Cheras on 15/8/2004
The session was conducted by Sis Filzah assisted by Sis Rohan, Sis Shiela & Sis Siti. About 30
kids attended the session. The english book was translated by Sis Filzah and the children loves the session whereby the also
learn new words from the book itself.
We do hope the session will be continued at home by parents.

ReadAloud @ Keramat
On 3rd July 2004, our first activities in Ampang/Keramat community, we have sucessfully
conducted a ReadAloud session; Craft & Art.. in Tadika Bijak Pintar AU2, Keramat. Elisa, the reader had done a great job
in telling the children a story of Owl & Babies.
The kids have fun with the mask owl initiate by the team and the session ended with
sing-a-song of "You are My Allah"... Last but not least the good "team-sponsored" food.... nyum..nyum..nyum...
